I wouldn't say offering extra credit opportunities for those willing to take part would be out of the question. I'd have killed for something like this to balance out the GPA-killer that AP Chem became for me, but alas I fear it's too late for that ship. Although ebooks will never really replace paper books completely for me, I do confess to finding more useful reference materials available to sit down with at my desk. When it comes to work, I don't find myself looking to take my time browsing through the shelves of an actual bookstore - I want the convenience of picking up what I need online as quickly as I can get it! Also, carrying those all-important holiday reads around when traveling is also A LOT easier with an ereader than trying to humph...yes HUMPH 4 or 5 hefty paper books around!
